Name clips for retrieval
Use a name that will still make sense weeks later. Include the topic, agenda item, organization, control, bill, or action when it is useful.
- PUCT discussion of large-load security requirements
- TAC recommendation on NPRR ####
- Commissioner questions on Project #####
- Senate committee testimony on SB ###
Share a clip
Use the available sharing option to create or send a shareable clip link. A clip is useful for sending a customer, colleague, or stakeholder directly to the relevant meeting discussion.

EDITOR NOTE: EDITOR CHECK BEFORE PUBLISHING: confirm the current labels for creating, saving, and sharing clips, and whether any recipient access restrictions should be stated.
TIP: A good clip starts at the beginning of the substantive discussion and ends after the decision, answer, or topic concludes. Avoid cutting so tightly that the viewer loses necessary context.
