• Texas bill numbers
• Companies and organizations
• People and speakers
• Projects and facilities
• Policy or market topics
• Meeting discussions, summaries, transcripts, documents, and other supported content

Run a Search

1. Open Global Search from the top navigation.
2. Enter an identifier, phrase, organization, person, or topic.
3. Review the result types returned.
4. Open the relevant result to continue in its meeting, filing, document, bill, control, or other Grid Monitor context.

Start with Exact Identifiers When You Have Them

A control number, docket number, project number, or bill number is usually the fastest path to a known item. Use descriptive keywords when you are exploring a topic or do not know the formal identifier.

Search vs. Monitoring

Search answers: "Where has this appeared?" Monitoring answers: "Tell me when this appears going forward."

If you keep running the same topic search every day, turn that topic into a Monitoring term.

TIP: Search broad enough to discover the right result, then use the filters and the destination page to narrow further.
