- Open the meeting from Upcoming Meetings or the Meetings page.
- Select Watch when the live meeting is available.
- Use the video player to follow the broadcast.
- Use the live transcript to read along, search for a term, or copy relevant text as available.
Search the live transcript
Transcript search is useful during long meetings when you are waiting for a specific company, project, bill, control, or policy term to come up.

After the meeting
After a covered meeting is archived, Grid Monitor can provide a cleaned archived transcript, Smart Agenda, clips, summaries, and supporting documents. Use the archived meeting page when exact timestamps or final meeting navigation are important.
Transcript accuracy
Automated live transcripts are designed for speed and may contain errors, especially with names, acronyms, technical terms, or poor audio. Use the video and archived source material when exact wording matters.
TIP: For a long live meeting, combine transcript search with your Monitoring terms: search the transcript when you are actively watching, and let Monitoring catch supported mentions you may miss.
