Find Meetings and Meeting Coverage
The Meetings workspace helps you find upcoming, live, and archived meetings covered by Grid Monitor across the markets and venues available to your account.

Find an upcoming meeting
Upcoming meetings also appear on the Dashboard. Select Watch to open the meeting page, or use Add to Cal when you want the meeting on your calendar.
Find an archived meeting
- Open Meetings from the main navigation.
- Use the available search, date, venue, or other filters to narrow the list.
- Open the meeting record.
- Use the available video, transcript, Smart Agenda, documents, and clips to review the meeting.
What a meeting page can include
- Live or archived video
- Live or archived transcript
- Smart Agenda
- Agenda items and topic-based clips
- AI-generated summaries
- Supporting documents and meeting materials
- Related regulatory items
- Clip creation and sharing tools
Coverage varies by meeting and venue. Some meetings may have more complete agenda, document, transcript, or summary information than others.
TIP: Use Meetings when you know which event you want. Use Global Search when you know the topic but not the meeting where it was discussed.
