A summary is divided into individual clips covering important discussions, presentations, agenda items, stakeholder testimony, questions, and actions.
Depending on the meeting, a clip can include:
- An item summary
- Key points and takeaways
- Motions, recommendations, votes, or decisions
- An embedded video player

Watch a clip and follow the transcript
Select the clip's play control to watch that portion of the meeting. Read the transcript and summary alongside the video when you need more context.
Open attached documents
When relevant documents are available, open them from the corresponding summary item to review the source material next to the discussion.
Follow a related item
When a summary item is associated with a supported revision request, PUCT docket or project, or Texas bill, use its Follow control to add the underlying item to your Following workspace.
Use source material when exact wording matters
Meeting summaries are AI-generated. Use the original video, transcript, and source documents when exact wording or full context is important.
TIP: Meeting Summaries are ideal for answering "What happened?" Smart Agenda is ideal for "Take me to this agenda item."
