Use the account menu in the upper-right corner to open the profile and account options available to you.

Understand Market Access

The markets and venues shown in Select Markets depend on your organization's Grid Monitor subscription and account configuration.

If Expected Coverage Is Missing

1. Open Select Markets and confirm the market is not simply deselected.
2. Confirm you are signed in with the correct Grid Monitor account.
3. If the market or feature is still unavailable, use Feedback/Help or contact your Grid Monitor representative.

TIP: A missing market does not necessarily mean the data is unavailable in Grid Monitor; it may simply not be enabled for your account.
